What is the purpose of data processing?
We conduct a customer satisfaction survey to evaluate the quality of our products, services, and customer processes and to continuously improve them.
What data is processed?
For sending the invitation email:
- Name
- Company
- Work email address
As part of the survey itself:
- Survey data
- Technical information regarding participation (e.g., time of participation)
How is the survey conducted?
We have commissioned Ingress GmbH, Germany, to handle the technical implementation of the survey as a data processor. The processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
What happens to my data?
The responses from this survey will be analyzed exclusively on an anonymous and aggregated basis. Your responses cannot be traced back to you personally, and no personal data will be disclosed to third parties. Access to the data is restricted solely to the company departments responsible for conducting and analyzing the survey, as well as our data processor, Ingress GmbH. Contact information and survey data will be stored only for as long as necessary to conduct, analyze, and document the survey. The data will then be deleted.
Is participation voluntary?
Participation is voluntary. Failure to participate will not affect our business relationship.
What rights do I have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?
The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You have the right to:
- Access the stored data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data erased
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- To lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority Germany
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent labor authority regarding data protection.
